Pete was awesome to deal with and always was eager to take care of my next question or order change. The service after the sale has been phenomenal. Moe is one heck of a service technician. He has resolved issues for me over the phone in less than 10 minutes. Even though I am 6 hours away from their dealership, I look forward to doing more business with this dealership. Folks, I went to Guntersville on a fishing trip April 1st. 2018. Put my Phoenix 618 in the water and had what turned out to be a bad water pump. After traveling nearly 500 miles and so looking forward to this trip,my buddy and I were devistated and disappointed to say the least. We loaded up and went to Freedom Marine. I spoke with Dave and Moe about getting my boat checked however Dave showed me all of the 34 work orders ahead of me. He said if I left the boat that he would try to look at it the next morning. I left my rig and my buddy and I went bank fishing.. Low and behold,I got a call that afternoon from Moe saying that my boat was Ready.. Those guys made it happen. We were Astounded and So appreciative that these guys saw our situation and got us on the water in a Jiffy!!!! We caught 71 bass in 3 1/2 days. This would not have happened without FREEDOM MARINE, Dave and Moe getting us in and out so fast. You Folks indeed made our trip a Success. Upon participating in the Fishers of Men National Championship in Florence, Al on day three practice (Monday morning) my lower unit locked up on Pickwick. Upon calling a friend who lived in the Guntersville directed me to Mr. Chambers of Freedom Marine in Albertville, AL. Wow, Am I glad he did Mr. Chambers took my call and listen to my issues at hand requiring immediate boat repairs by the tournament kick off on Thursday. He transferred me to Dale and Dave who immediately reassured me they would do whatever it takes to get me back on the water. Heres the kicker, I do not own a Phoenix boat but that did not matter to this full repair dealership. There professional service and care for my tournament boat is unsurpassed by none other. Parts were placed on a 24 hour turnaround and Mr. Chambers offered to loan his flagship Phoenix for my use. I was lost for words and overwhelmed which let me know that this dealership had my back in my time of need.Again, I want to extend my heartfelt thank you to this dealership and the employees that made my experience noteworthy of my endorsement. My sincere appreciation goes out to Mr. Kenneth Chambers. Dave and Dale thank you for going the extra mile and treating me as family. More importantly the dealership is FAITH based, praise God!

I dealt with several different dealerships in different states as I searched for a certain boat. No one came anywhere close to the professional friendly service I received from Robby and all the folks at Freedom Marine. I traveled 14 hours to buy from them and would gladly do it again. Keep up the great work guys it is very refreshing to see there are still business that believe in great customer service.
